GetHuman: Did you reach out to StarHub, and if so, how?

~Skye: "Technical support" was why I was trying to call.

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's StarHub customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Skye: Basically the only respond I got from Starhub is "I'm sorry, sir", "I'm not sure, sir", "I'm unable to access to the system, sir", "I will put up a request and ask technical support to call back". So, when I asked how soon can the technical team call back and assist me? The answer is * days!!! What? * days? I'm encounter problem that unable to send email using their services, and the CSO asked me to wait for * days? Then she said she will make urgent request, so I asked how soon? The answer is ** to ** hours. I'm totally give up on their so called customer care services!!

~Skye: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Skye: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about StarHub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Skye: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other StarHub customers?
~Skye: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for StarHub to know who you are.
