~Nothappy: I'm being honest, they where not able to help me with my problem, however the rep I was speaking to kept apologizing for the misunderstanding that was occurring with my policy. So two for her care. When I started my policy the rep through in extra stuff that I stated I did not want. Said it's part of State Farms plan, failed to mention after a month the device she placed with my plan would bill me **.** a month. So far I am highly not pleased. She then said I should feel honored State Farm would insure me because they only pick qualified drivers. What!! I called them...
