~DrClams: I've actually been waiting over **,*** minutes or ** days for them to reply to my ticket regarding my account which was hijacked and i then locked. It's always good to see a company gladly take any and everyone's money and refuse to help them with their services.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Steam Software. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Steam Software problem?
~DrClams: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DrClams: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Steam Software's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DrClams: For that I would say two out of five.
