GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/20/17?
GetHuman-mkeith8: Steam is horrible about customer service. I have lost * games and, **$ buying from them for an update to erase the games and, now they are saying my games never existed. I've called them, I've submitted tickets to them. I'm ready to submit a class action lawsuit if I get enough people onboard with me on this. Either they need to get with the program communicating with their customers or, quit doing business. anyone interested in getting this together please email me *****@***.com
