~none: When it is hot*humid or its the day before a holiday the elderly customers, customers who are going thru illnesses that are not contagious ie: cancer, post surgery patients and healthy people go to the store very early. There are customers doing weekly shopping or customers who just need a few things and want to beat the crowd. Stop & Shop in East Hampton CT is famous for having only * lanes open during the early morning hours and * lanes of self serve. I am **yrs old and sick. I go S&S because its * minutes from my house and I pick up a small amount of items that were too much to bring through the self check out. One of the few things I am able to do solo is pick up a few items at S&S until I fully recover. Having to wait behind a woman with a full grocery cart for ** minutes was ludicrous. I was dizzy and lightheaded by the time it was my turn I had to sit down. It took me half a day to recover from that grocery store trip. I tol d the cashier who was extemely nice and offered t
