GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Stop & Shop customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~UnHappy Consumer: When the strike started at Market Basket * or * weeks ago... Stop and Shop raised their prices and took unfair advantage of the consumers... where as other chains like Shaws and Hannifords became more competitive. The employees reaffirmed their typical rude behavior and were supported by management for it... Now that the field to shop in has open up again.. maybe we as consumers should now BOYCOTT Stop and Shop... Their is no excuse for rudeness and price gouging... In areas of lower social economic conditions, they have a strong tendency to harbor these * dicriminatory behaviors more figuing the consumers there will put up with it or don't know better... In these areas in particular, maybe it is time to show them there are a lot of other choices where consumers can spend their hard earned $$$

~UnHappy Consumer: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~UnHappy Consumer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Stop & Shop's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~UnHappy Consumer: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Stop & Shop customers?
~UnHappy Consumer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Stop & Shop to know who you are.
