~mad: Do not understand them. Why dont we have customer service in USA...stupid. I hate there rudeness and hanging up on me when they dont know an anwser. I worked * days at store and on phone to get my problem resolved, never did...she accused me of having an old phone and would not replace it...Its my word against hers, IT NEW....UGH I had to have her literally spell out what she was saying to me, to understand her...So tired of Straight TALK, * yrs of poor customer service.*Bring it back to USA maybe you would keep customers, and make them happier......*Im tired of calling in and calling in and repeating the same problem, then they say they document it and dont....*Somebody needs to check into this....

~mad: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~mad: For that I would say five out of five.
