~Anonymous: I talked to the first representative, she was trying to help in every way and eventually she transferred me to a woman in Billings.**I could not understand her and I nicely kept asking her to repeat herself. She started to speak to me in a rude manner. I have to tell you that I do not appreciate being spoken to rudely. She was not a good customer representative, at all.**Just because there are some people who cannot understand you, doesn't mean for you to be rude. Even if you had a ****** day, DON'T EVER TAKE IT OUT ON YOUR CUSTOMERS.**You, my dear, will need to go learn some manners!
