~irene chaffee: My son was having problems getting his phone to accept the minutes. There was something wrong with his sim card. The tech was pleasant and knowledgable. He is sending him a new sim card. Before I told my son about this site he was unable to get a live person on the phone and his problem would never have been fixed by the automated service. Thank you so much for this site. I used it before myself.. extremely helpful!!!
