~Janell Hale: Not only did I not get the pin number or receipt for a new card to transfer to my new phone, but I can't even talk to a person to get my problem taken care of.

~Janell Hale: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Janell Hale: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
