~BFER HD: Straight Talk Service ABSOLUTELY *****!! So when your phone dies and it is still under warranty. Just trash it and get another one. Hopefully it has lasted a year and you have saved enough money monthly to justify a new phone.

~BFER HD: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~BFER HD: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BFER HD: For that I would say five out of five.
