GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.

GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-merryca: Per Samsung and then Straight Talks direction, I sent back to them a Samsung Galaxy S*, all it needed was a battery but Samsung said I had to go thru my phone provider. They kindly sent me a prepaid envelope and I sent of the Galaxy S*, in return I received a cheap Samsung Ace. I have talked to * supervisors and all they can say is I'll have to be satisfied with that as they don't have any Samsung Galaxy S*'s available. They have stolen from me an expensive phone and replaced it with a cheap phone.

GetHuman-merryca: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-merryca: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-merryca: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Straight Talk customers?
GetHuman-merryca: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
