GetHuman-239397: From April *th until today, June *rd, they still have not disconnected lights from a house I never moved into. I called on April *th and after getting a $*** light bill for my apartment, called and was transferred to * people over *.* hrs where I was told the problem would be corrected. * wks ago still not, but the bill was reduced to $***. I called last week and was told that the issue was resolved. All I owed was a current amount. I was reassured that the lights would remain on. I have a resident w* medical issues there. Today, while dressing for work, my lights were disconnected. The guys were at the meters and told me I was disconnected for nonpayment. I called at *:** am and now at *:** while at work, I've been transferred around, the call dropped & I had to start all over discussing this issue. I'm contacting the Public Utility Commission, Stream CEO*President and an attorney. If I had these type of issues, how are others treated? Because of credit issues, I would hav
