GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Stream Energy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-242308: The customer service employees (I have been in touch with them at least ** times), have usually been easy for ME to understand. THEY, however, cannot understand the spoken word. When I told one of them that I did not live in the city, I lived in the country, she said "Of course you live in the country." She thought I meant the U.S.A.(!) The point is, that they do not problem solve even when they understand. One problem leads to another-for example, a credit to the account is documented as a charge!

GetHuman-242308: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-242308: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Stream Energy's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-242308: For that I would say two out of five.
