~Velene Love: ***&*** spoke to agent Jaime Glasgow and she was very knowledgeable,patient, helpful and successfully connected my wireless router for me n offered me telephone service at a great price. **** lights went out and I called to ask for Jaime and she returned my call and once again she helped me. Thanks for agents like her even though I complain about how high my cable bill is she explains calmly.
