~Rr: I called Swiss air as a result of wanting to change or cancel my ticket due to the state of emergency in Cairo Egypt and I was treated like I was animal . The representative was so barbaric. I find it so horrible when a traveller calls afraid for their family life and have an airline press policy before safety. This airline has no compassion. Customer service was lacking. Felt as if I was being reprimanded . Whatever happened to customer comes first!
