GetHuman-291543: This is the dumbest bank I have ever dealt with. I have a Sam's MC through Syn. with a $**K limit. At least every month and a half they challenge innocuous, repetitive purchases for no understandable reason. I have never not paid a monthly bill on time. If it weren't for the cash back, I'd drop card in a heartbeat. I've talked to many supervisors over the last couple of years and it never gets better. The worst example of customer service I've ever experienced.
