~I'm off to Vodaphone!: To get through quickly: phone Sales NOT customer services. Once they've picked up the call they are not allowed to put the phone down on you. INSIST on them getting customer svs to call you back. If they say no INSIST on spking to manger. Manager will then organise a customer svs call back* Sales mangers don't want their time stolen by having to deal with a complaints matter, they will quickly pass you on.
