~leslie: I have been trying to resolve a likely case of a fraudulent upgrade since the *th. No record of calls to *** is being shown on my bill. Staff have cut me off on numerous occasions. At least two members of their call teams have told me someone has committed fraud on my account and then hung up. We are a household of two disabled people. NO ONE CARES ANYMORE
