~rhathawiticzabend: No reply! *I had emailed to say all service was DOWN & stayed down *** hours. Online advisory was only "Call us." CANNOT do that if phone svc is down! Eventually via another person's phone I got a T-mob ***- person, who said, "A big upgrading of equipmt. is being done. Back on in several hours." However, that didn't happen and server remained no-svc. A day later I went to a T-mob. office. They found my service*tower*reception had been switched off REASON UNKNOWN*NO REASON. Tech reset that politely. Mystery remains.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rhathawiticzabend: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rhathawiticzabend: For that I would say two out of five.

~rhathawiticzabend: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
