GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-ericpalm: I have no phone service (* DEAD PHones) after paying an obscene amount of money to Tmobile ($***.**), that's a lot of money when you get absolutely nothing. So I'm stuck with source of communication. Cut off the entire effing world with a business to run and a full time job I'm trying hard to keep!!

GetHuman-ericpalm: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-ericpalm: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-ericpalm: For that I would say five out of five.
