~anon: I haven't gotten a response yet, but I think the fact that T-Mobile got rid of it's email options on it's website is ridiculous. Not everyone has the time to sit and wait on the phone and*or online chat. I prefer the email so I can send my question and then get a response and not have to sit there and waste **min chatting or waiting on hold or whatever. Who thought this was a good idea to get rid of email?!?! HUGE fail on T-Mobile's part.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~anon: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~anon: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anon: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~anon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
