~jayt: I wanted to try the free data promo that they had only thing it's not free $***.** was charged to my account called customer service I waited almost * hours and when I did talked to someone they said that my order had been process but so far no email from them also talked to the customer service manager he said that he will cancel my order and return my money in ** hours all lies, i'll just keep my family and my employees on Verizon cost more but *** times better then t-mobile

~jayt: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~jayt: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~jayt: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~jayt: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
