~Stow: I was charged for roaming that Tmobile rep told me was free. I called to speak to a supervisor who failed to give me his name or his bosses name. He told me there are only two solutions. Cancel my phone or pay the bill and he does not want to hear anything else. I thought that was horrible customer service. He said someone was going to call me back after many times of request. We it has been **hrs and no calls. I am still on the phone right now and **mins gone and still on hold. Unbelievable.

~Stow: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Stow: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Stow: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~Stow: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
