~San Diego Lizzy: Their phone lines were not working. Entered all my info and then the line just would go silent. Used the chat option offered here and my issue was addressed right away!

~San Diego Lizzy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~San Diego Lizzy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
