GetHuman-simosta: To complain about the horrible customer service experience with the company today.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-simosta: I spoke to over representitives and was on phone for over hrs. I got billed for something i did not ask for and i still have not had my auto payment issue resolved... It was a total nightmare.......

GetHuman-simosta: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-simosta: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-simosta: For that I would say five out of five.
