GetHuman-296947: Wait time is horrible. Quality of connection is horrible. Response of reps is horrible. Attitude of reps is horrible. Dropped calls being more common. My password changed recently, all by itself. Day and time display totally off recently, the rep I talked to told me to read the manual. Voice mails delayed ** hours, they have no idea why, but it took me an hour talking to * people to get that answer. I was told to "quit arguing with me" by one rep.

GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-296947: For that I would say five out of five.
