GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-alltrvlc: I'm a travel agent and I booked tam flight last Tuesday for Mr Apapoe. Leaving Belem to Fortaleza on Sep *st and come back sep *th. Ticket already has been issued, but when I checked booking today it was canceled. No info in vender remarks

GetHuman-alltrvlc: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-alltrvlc: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TAM's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-alltrvlc: For that I would say four out of five.
