~pollard: Completely useless company who cannot provide conditions under which your flight will be reimbursed. Told repeatedly to 'fill in the online application'. Cannot be transferred to the manager to ask for further information. Under a technical fault of the plane, the passenger will not be reimbursed. DO NOT FLY WITH TAP!

~pollard: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
