~Treated Like Dirt: I had a situation where I was scammed and I the bank is basically punishing me with fees even after I called in and explained that a credit for the scam would be coming in. They didn't care. Were unsympathetic and did not care about slapping on another fee if the credit didn't go thru right away. The manager Steve was arrogant and basically said Too Bad! So much for being a convenient bank - what a joke.
