GetHuman-195923: I was hospitalized and lost a child and therefore was not able to check out my banking situation at the time and the bank hit me with a ***.** overdraft fee and I HAVE overdraft perfection when I called to fix this error they told me it's not their problem. Horrible bank and CARLA the supervisor whom I reached was a heartless disrespectful woman. All I asked for was a courtesy and what I got was a headache and more stress.
