~grr: It took over three weeks to get my money withdrawn and distributed. I made daily calls for a week to try to get any information. The supervisor in one of the call centers said, "what could I expect when I was withdrawing money from CREF. The supervisor claimed that they have no tracking device, either internal or external for checking where your money goes. They can not advise you what to do when they loose your money. Can anyone believe this?
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TIAA-CREF. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TIAA-CREF problem?
~grr: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~grr: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TIAA-CREF's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~grr: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TIAA-CREF customers?
~grr: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TIAA-CREF to know who you are.
