~ldf2526: I waited on phone twice for over ** minutes with no answer. The email was returned undeliverable. I ordered two pair of Toms and received them quickly* however, the black pair of crocheted shoes has a hole in them. I am unable to contact anyone concerning this. I have normally purchased my Toms from Nordstroms but decided to order online this time. Order * ******
