GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-ljm413: I WAS AN ORIGINAL CUSTOMER OF TV GUIDE WHEN YOU FIRST STARTED. I WAS HAPPY FOR MANY YEARS UNTIL YOU CHANGED THE FORMAT AND SIZE OF THE MAGAZINE. I CANCELLED MY SUBSCRIPTION AND ABOUT A YEAR LATER I WAS CONTACTED BY YOU AND ASKED ME TO START TAKING THE TV GUIDE AGAIN AND I TOLD THE WOMAN THAT I STOPPED TAKING IT BECAUSE YOU NO LONGER SHOW IN THE GRIDS ** HOUR PROGRAMMING. SHE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS PUT BACK IN AND ALSO I ASKED ABOUT THE LETTERS TO THE EDITOR AND THE SOAP OPERA INFORMATION. WHEN I STARTED GETTING THEM AGAIN THERE WAS NO ** HOUR GRIDS, NO SOAP OPERA INFORMATION AND NO LETTER'S TO THE EDITOR. I DON'T LIKE BEING LIED TO AND ANOTHER THING THAT I DON'T LIKE IS THE DOUBLE ISSUES. WHEN I SUBSCRIBE TO A WEEKLY PUBLICATION, I EXPECT TO RECEIVE ** ISSUES. WHEN YOU ISSUE A DOUBLE MAGAZINE I AM NOT GETTING DOUBLE ARTICLES.*MY SUBSCRIPTION EXPIRES ON MAY *, **** AND I WILL NOT BE RENEWING IT. THE NUMBERS ON THE LABEL ARE: *TVM**************LOUIS J.
