GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Tampa Bay Times customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-293562: Been getting the paper for the last * years, between the spotty home delivery and weak content. I stopped. Then I got a part-time job delivering for them. I understand why it is such a nightmare. Not only is there no communication within the business structure itself, the sales people tell you whatever it takes to get you to buy a subscription (one case they offered dailey delivery of a paper they don't carry). They also expect their delivery people to take the risk upon working with them. Sending people to collections for $****.** if they leave.
