GetHuman-77026: It's not your operator's fault.It's your stupid e gift card system!!! My son sent one to my cell.I tried to log it in to your web site so can use it.Could not log in... Kept asking for my cell and password over and over again.Called your Customer Service Number was told they will check it out and that I can use it after *HRS!!!! So for ** minutes to an hour wasting my time to use my gift card.Of course this was after I was going to use at one of your stores!!! Went to check out with my purchases and to use my gift card...Noone there seemed to know or give direction on how to use!!! And I was starting to tie up the check out line.Thanks for the Embrassment!!!
