GetHuman-138908: We are missing an item from our baby registry and customer service was unwilling to anything to help! Claimed they had the barcode showing it was purchased, but that they could not provide us with the store it had been purchased at! How is that possible? Barcodes have information stored to assist with inventory management linking Every Barcode to the store that provided the barcode! Very upset new, first time mom ********
