~Miss Anonymous: The customer service rep at first wasn't speaking clearly, but then was able to slow his pace on his own, and speak more clearly with his limited English skills. I called to inquire about an out of stock item that was only sold online. He told me he couldn't guarantee when the item would be restocked, (which I already knew) but he did let me know when the web site would be updated to check back for new stock. Helpful information. Glad I found this web site!
