GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TaxAct customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-320998: Needed to repeat my account information and details of my need to each representative to whom I spoke (* all together! This is inefficient). TaxAct was unable to resolve my concern. When passed to the third representative, the call was dropped, and I needed to make another call to begin the process again, speaking with three more people this time around. Absolutely ridiculous. Wait on hold the first time was about one minute, the second time was about three minutes (not bad).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TaxAct. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TaxAct problem?
GetHuman-320998: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-320998: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TaxAct's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-320998: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TaxAct customers?
GetHuman-320998: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TaxAct to know who you are.
