~BON /JIM: I ordered 'derm xclusive'. the anti-aging, wrinkle reducing system. cost me $***.**. I just used it & my undereyes are totally sagging and **x's more wrinkled that before. I would have been better off usinq soap for $*.**. Oil of Olay is the best anti-aging system out there and its **% cheaper. I am XTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this product and someone better get back to me. My face and especially under my eyes is SO wrinkled. Im **. I look **. i'm getting ready to call Better Business. The company better do something to rectify this situation. ITS really bad. This is the first time I've ever had to complain about a product.

~BON /JIM: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Team Beachbody's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~BON /JIM: For that I would say three out of five.

~BON /JIM: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Team Beachbody to know who you are.
