GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Team Beachbody customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Michael Go Vols: I was charged for $**.** vitamins and $**.** for Team Beach Body, and I didn't know or tell them this was fine to do once I signed up in December. I am getting it refunded but it is also going to take at least a week for it to get back into my checking account. Not happy with that, nor am I happy that they just suckered me into an automatic charge. Probably they get away with it thinking people will not check their statements.

~Michael Go Vols: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Michael Go Vols: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Team Beachbody's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Michael Go Vols: For that I would say five out of five.
