~Pat: The first time I called someone hung up right away. The second call went through to a very nice women who connected me with another women I believe was in a foreign country. She was helpful to a point but she had trouble understanding my questions. She repeated the same answers to my question even after I asked her to explain in a different way so I could understand her. COMMUNICATION lacking. Still grateful I spoke with an actual human being!

~Pat: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Pat: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Pat: For that I would say one out of five.
