GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/29/17?
GetHuman-shabazzc: Delivered after delivery date left on front porch on a windy day, there are trash cans knocked over and yet they put a cheap glass vase on my cement landing. After I spoke to your representative the flowers were delivered. My mom did not pay all this money to have * flowers delivered and left on my porch in a cheap vase a day after Valentines Day, at this point I don't want them thanks for ruining that moment for my family. Tell your cut rate company you hired they can come get this mess. Mighty funny your operator told me they had been checked as delivered before they were and no signature was needed even though she said otherwise, adding to the fact that she could not get ahold of the floral company after * attempts. The card was apparently written by a * year old who does not know how to address a card to someone and then put the signatures on another line. I don't order flowers anymore because this is not the first time your company has pulled this mess. The first was my cousins' funeral, I want to hear back from you all soon. Not the * plus hours that it has taken me to get ahold of your company the first time.
