~mike: No one answered. I did leave a message to return my phone call but no one did. When I called back again your answering machine stated you were closed until Monday.*My Ergo adjustable base wave action sounded like a jet plane on a runway. I followed the support book but did not help. A very bad carma about your company. The customer service at Mathis Brothers were no help, but did give me a servic number to call you.*It was for American and Sleep number.*Mike **********. Date of phone call *******
