~Boxerbri: Spoke with Alisa to set up a new account. I'm disabled and she was very helpful and patient with me. She took the time to explain everything to me properly. EXCELLENT, Fortis better be appreciative of her!!*Peace*oh yeah, just hit ** a couple of times when it answers and it'll go straight to a person!
