GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-serena0: Dan was fantastic! Got my number back for the second time. He started out angry, but then got super nice and i got my phone number back after it expired. However, there was a ** minute wait to speak with a representative.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TextNow. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TextNow problem?
GetHuman-serena0: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-serena0: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TextNow's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-serena0: For that I would say two out of five.
