GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-djoseph: don't waist your money ive had problems with the phone from day one dropping calls callers unable to hear me no matter were I am the phone just stop working I call customer service I'm told I would get a call back in about ten minutes I didn't receive a call back.then I call back the following Monday same ten minute garabage but I didn't get a call back for * hours then when I get the call back they want me to send them a video of how the phone wont do anything before they will do anything explain to me how I'm supposed to do that with no phone. all I have to say is don't waist your time,sanity or money go else where cause if its seems to good to be true it usually is and so far text now is exactly that. I only gave one star because I had too

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-djoseph: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TextNow's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-djoseph: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-djoseph: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TextNow to know who you are.
