~Posset: First the appointment was cancelled, then the person who came didn't make any serious attempt to enter the property, but just left a note. Then I was told that I have to wait another four hours for somebody else to come. All that after waiting for this visit for three weeks. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received so far.

~Posset: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Posset: For that I would say three out of five.
