~66130951: I have cancelled my ** year subscription to the Globe. I have experienced the absolute worst customer service ever. I was happily receiving digital access for $**.** and free Sunday delivery. When I was notified that the Sunday paper would increase in price, I called and said I had free delivery. I was rudely told that I had free DIGITAL, and was paying for the Sunday paper. I then cancelled Sunday delivery, and was given a ** cent * week "new" digital subscription, from June * to July *. The ** cents was withdrawn from my credit card on June *, and $**.** was withdrawn on June **. I just called (July *) to inquire why two payments were deducted from my credit card, and was told that the $**.** was for digital access from July * until August *. When I asked to cancel, I was told that no refund could be given.
