~jrosenb1: I've been trying to access film reviews of your magazine, which I'm entitled to as a subscriber, and have repeatedly been told that my password does not admit me. I've been a subscriber since ****. No one on your customer service phone line has demonstrated the slightest understanding of this elemental problem. I'm feeling ready to cancel my subscription. Good gosh, why is this so complicated?
